What is the typical turnaround time for orders?

Welcome Kits have a lead time of 3-4 weeks upon order receipt.

Marketing Merchandise is made-to-order with a turnaround of 7-10 business days. If you need to expedite an order, please contact uber@canarymarketing.com.

When will I receive tracking for my order?

Welcome Kits and Marketing Merchandise materials are shipped via FedEx Ground which has a 5-7 business day transit time. A tracking number will be sent once the order ships.

Marketing Merchandise is made-to-order, so you will not receive a tracking number until after your order has been produced and it is ready to be shipped. All delivery dates will be met regardless of when you receive tracking.

What are the payment options?

Payment is accept by credit card only.

Can I return my items?

All orders placed are final sale. If you have an issue with the items once they’re received, please reach out to uber@canarymarketing.com.
